This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for paid memberships on Manya Matrimony.
1. Membership Fees
All membership plans are prepaid digital services that grant immediate access to premium features. As such, membership fees are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated.
2. Exceptional Refunds
- Duplicate payment or a payment charged in error.
- A verified technical failure where the paid plan was not activated.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. How to Request
Email info@manyamatrimony.com with your registered mobile number, plan name and the payment reference/transaction ID. Our team will review and respond within 3 working days.
4. Cancellation
You may stop using a plan at any time, but the remaining validity period is non-transferable and non-refundable. Auto-renewal is not enabled by default.
5. Payment Partner
Payments are processed securely via PhonePe. Bank/gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.
