Zero-Tolerance Policy

Manya Matrimony strictly prohibits:

• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Sexual exploitation of minors
• Grooming or solicitation of minors
• Sexual communication or interactions involving minors
• Uploading, sharing, requesting, promoting, or distributing CSAM
• Any other activity that facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of children

Manya Matrimony is intended for adults aged 18 years and above. Users who are under 18 are not permitted to create or use a Manya Matrimony account.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report profiles or activities that they believe involve a minor, CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sexual exploitation, or other child-safety concerns through the reporting mechanism available within the Manya Matrimony service.

Reports may result in investigation, account restriction, suspension, removal, or other appropriate action.

Suspected child sexual abuse material will not be knowingly redistributed or made publicly available through our platform.

Asha Webtech IT Solution Private Limited is the developer that publishes the Manya Matrimony application on Google Play, and provides the designated child-safety point of contact and child-safety support function for the application. Information about the ownership and day-to-day operation of the Manya Matrimony service is published separately on the Manya Matrimony website.

How We Respond

Any report categorised as a child-safety concern is treated as a priority. The reported profile is hidden from public view pending review by our moderation team.

On obtaining actual knowledge of child sexual abuse material on the service, we remove the content, permanently terminate the account, and preserve the relevant records for the authorities. Registration is rejected when the declared date of birth indicates the person is under 18, and member photographs are reviewed by our moderation team before they become visible to other members.

Confirmed child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the applicable Indian authorities, including the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in).

Legal Compliance

Manya Matrimony takes child-safety concerns seriously and will cooperate with applicable child-safety laws, lawful requests from authorities, and appropriate investigations relating to child sexual abuse and exploitation. This includes the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006, and the Information Technology Act, 2000 together with its rules.
